As a source of nutrients for the maintenance of good health our formula F3 Forte can be taken by children, teens and adults. The capsule or its powder content can be taken with or without food.
For children and teens, take 1 to 6 capsules with water daily, no more than two capsules per intake with at least two hour intervals between intakes.
For adults, take 6 to 12 capsules with water daily, no more than two capsules per intake with at least two hour interval between intakes.
Important: Drink plenty of water throughout the day. In case of high blood pressure or pregnancy, start with one capsule daily and add one capsule every ten days up to four capsules per day.

What is the difference between F1, F2 and F3?
From F1 to F3 there is a greater amount of the red algae ingredient which contains more carotenoids (these carotenoids are red pigments that give the algae its red color) than the green algae. These carotenoids are known have nutritional protection benefits and to cross the blood brain barrier more easily and safely than other antioxidants.
Can children take the formula F3?
While all our formulas can be taken safely by children and infants, we recommend the use of F2 or F1 for children and teens.
Are there any contra indications in using formula F3?
There are no known contra indications for any of the three formulas. The formulas are certified by Health Canada and have obtained a NPN (Natural Product Number). They are free of pesticides, herbicides and other pollutants.
Why should one take F3 instead of F1 or F2?
The principal difference is that F3 contains a larger amount of red algae than F2 and F1. For that reason alone, F3 may be more efficient at increasing your immune protection.
