ORDERING

BIOAGE makes every effort to ensure customer orders are received in a timely fashion. Orders placed online before 11:00 AM Eastern Time usually ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock and payment has been received, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time or received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday for which the office is closed.

However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out of stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out of stock and unavailable for immediate shipment (including when they become available and consequently shipped). You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. We will ship your product as it becomes available.

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays). All UPS delivery requests must be placed by 11:00 AM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, to be qualified for same-day shipping. Please note, all delivery times are estimates and BIOAGE is not responsible for delays due to weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays, or any other unforeseen factors.

While BIOAGE makes every effort to adhere to these guidelines, these Terms and Conditions are in no way a promise or guarantee of delivery time. UPS options are for Monday through Friday delivery only; BIOAGE does not offer UPS Saturday or Weekend delivery. BIOAGE is unable to provide estimates for International shipping times, and is not responsible for customs or other fees imposed by the destination country. Shipping charges (including international surcharges) are NOT refundable. For all orders shipped outside of Canada and United States, please be advised that the consignee shall be responsible for getting the products released from customs and shall shoulder duties and taxes that may be imposed by the customs office in the destination country. In the event that the shipment fails to clear customs and is returned to us, the following will be deducted from the refund: (1) the cost of shipping and returning the products and (2) returning duties and taxes.

GUARENTEE

We offer a 100% refund except for the shipping cost Only one return per person/household will be honored. Unopened products returned within 30 days of purchase will be refunded in full, less shipping and handling. Even though not required, it is best to call BIOAGE customer services at 303-683-8113 to review your return.  Late (postmarked after the 30th day from your date of purchase), damaged and incomplete returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. BIOAGE will not accept products returned after 90 days of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS. Shipping charges are not refundable.  Please allow seven business days from the date we receive your return for processing.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Calling us to cancel your order is not required, but highly recommended. Please note that your physical return must be postmarked by the 30th day from your date of purchase in order to receive your refund or cancel future deferred payment(s).

Please ship your return via USPS to: BIOAGE, 4600 Witmer Industrial Est. #6, Niagara Falls, NY 14305. Please return using the original packaging (recommended) or a sturdy box to ensure your return is not damaged in transit. We recommend you use a tracking number, delivery confirmation or some sort of insured mail for returned merchandise, as we cannot be responsible for items that never reach our warehouse, or do not include customer information.

PAYMENT PROCESS

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. BIOAGE reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We accept payment through the PayPal system.  We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Orders are processed upon succesfull receipt of payment. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

PRICING

Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, BIOAGE will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. BIOAGE will have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, BIOAGE will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
