Affiliate Application

Thank you for your interest in the BIOAGE affiliate program. 

You will need to have your own web blog, website or some landing web page to take advantage of this opportunity.  The ideal BIOAGE affiliate is health and fitness minded, dwells in this arena and can influence people in his/her sphere to explore our products.  For sales resulting from your referrals you will receive 15% in commission.

The affiliate application process is as follow:

  1. Please fill the form below with the information requested.  In this process you will be required to provide either a business tax id or a Social Security Number for tax purposes.
  2. At this time if you have not done so already, create your affiliate account following this link.  After creating your account you will have access to your referral link code for your webmaster to insert on your page.
  3. Once your account is created and approved, you will receive further details of our affiliate program.  If needed, you may pick up the BIOAGE logo and a sample script to use on your page.
  4. After that, you will be able to start referring people via your web page(s).
