Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)

Dear current and future Partners in Health,

 

(Note: this MAP policy is addressed to current and interested Internet based resellers of our products)

 

The following Internet Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy is in place to PROTECT YOU by preventing potentially unscrupulous practices as it regards to the sale of BIOAGE products on the Internet.  This policy applies to any and all Internet marketing of BIOSUPERFOOD and/or BIOPREPARATION (herein referred to as BSF/BP). 

 

Online Advertised Price:  ALL online sales of BIOAGE products BSF/BP must be displayed at (or above) the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) as per the current products page(s) at www.bioage.com

 

ANY/ALL visible discounting below (even by pennies) the online advertised price of BIOAGE products is disallowed.  The advertised online price(s) must be the same (or more than) those on our pricelist / as shown on our website: www.bioage.com at any given time.  (Current retail pricelist will be provided on request via email.)

 

Authorized resellers are solely responsible for ensuring that all pricing on all search engines is in compliance with the requirements of this MAP policy.

 

 

Advertising claims:  Pricing that occurs on any website is considered an advertised price and must adhere to this MAP policy at least until the consumer purchasing product places the item(s) into the virtual shopping cart.

 

Overt advertising of such claims as “guaranteed lowest price” or “lowest price online” and visible discounts are misleading and are disallowed.

 

 

Third-party marketplace and auction websites:  NO sales of BSF/BP are permissible on non-privately owned websites or auction sites.  This includes all websites owned or controlled by a third party, such as amazon.com, ebay.com, craigslist.com, overstock.com, newegg.com and/or other open marketplace or auction sites.

 

Allowable internet sales of BSF/BP are limited to your own private website(s), all of which must be on record with us at BIOAGE.

 

 

Your Accessibility to Consumer:  ALL Internet RESELLERS of BSF/BP products must provide their own contact information on their website(s) and be available to their end-user for assistance with questions regarding the use of BSF/BP.

 

BIOAGE staff is ready and willing to help train you and/or your staff, as needed, to be well-versed in the nuances and uses of the products.

 

All authorized online RESELLERS must have their contact information, including phone number and email address, clearly identified on any/all websites selling BSF/BP. 

 

RESELLERS must be available to their clients.  This adds value to the product in the form of educating the user and offering personal assistance, consultations and recommendations. 

 

 

Transparency:  ALL authorized online RESELLERS’ website(s) must be on record with BIOAGE.

 

 

Product Representations:  RESELLERS will not engage in any unfair or unethical trade practices, or make any false or misleading representations with respect to BIOAGE and/or its personnel or products.

 

 

Health Claims:  RESELLER understands that BIOAGE products are not intended to diagnose, prevent, treat or cure any disease and will not make any such claim in the sale or marketing of said products. 

 

 

Storage:  Products are to be stored by RESELLER at all times in clean and dry conditions and at normal room temperatures.

 

We will regularly monitor online prices for compliance by ALL RESELLERS.  Noncompliance to any part of our MAP policy as outlined herein will result in selling restrictions and, potentially, to the termination of your dealer relationship with BIOAGE.
